Job Description:
Xclusive HR Services Private Limited is a fast-growing HR consulting firm and you have an opportunity to start your career with hands-on sales exposure.
We are looking for candidates with having a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing. The job responsibilities of the intern are as follows.
– Involved in contacting clients through various channels. (Direct sales, telesales, through referrals, through websites, digital media platforms, etc.)
– Daily make calls to clients, understand their requirements, and provide the required assistance.
– Conduct regular follow-ups and reminders with the clients.
– On a need basis, conducts market research,
– Prepares reports as requested.
– Provides excellent customer service to the clients.
– Participants in marketing campaigns, events, and networking forums.
– The role requires you to be actively engaging across all our digital platforms.
– Complete any other job as directed.
Our Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing.
– Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
– Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to deliver outstanding results.
– Should have a basic understanding of client management.
– Computer savvy and expert in working on MS Office – MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
– This role is remote working and selected candidates have an option to work from home. We are looking for self-motivated, techno-savvy, and independent interns.
– The internship is for 3 months duration starting from 07 June 2021.
– The job location is Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
